Terms of using Hundred Words

Hundred Words is free to use for learning. These are the few rules that come with it.

Last updated 25 October 2026

Using the site

You can use the pages, flashcards, drills and character lessons for your own learning, and share links to them as much as you like.

Please do not copy the word lists or scenes in bulk to publish elsewhere, or scrape the site in a way that slows it down for others.

Accuracy

We write every phrase from real situations and check it, but language varies by city and by person, and mistakes happen. Treat it as a learning aid, not as a translation for anything medical, legal or safety-critical.

If you spot a phrase people would not say, email us and we will fix it.

Your account

If you sign in with Google, keep your Google account secure. You can stop using Hundred Words at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Changes and availability

The site is free and offered as it is. We may change or remove features, and we will record changes that affect you in the changelog.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
